Just an FYI, we stream video and Roku Television all day long, ever day, including our work computers and our personal computers, all at the same time, and nothing misses a beat.
We do not do "gaming" at all. But our work computers use Microsoft Teams. Department meetings, screen sharing, and voice during these meetings appears to be flawless. No lag time. I don't know how much more "real time" we can get than department calls and screen sharing on Teams. All using Visible, and sometime, my wife and are are on calls with our respective companies at the same time. (Of course, that portable router it's attached to makes it possible to connect all of these at the same time. You've got to have the phone adaptable router. There are many variations available.)
We've never, never been throttled on Visible and ours is going all day long, every day, for over a year now, and almost always multiple devices are connected at the same time in use.
Just an FYI.

At roughly 2-3Mbps, you get full Netflix experience for "normal" (non UHD) movies. If you can get a strong, continuous 5Mb, you should be all set for all recreational uses.
These figures may not hold true for Amazon Prime, and Hulu is right out (I can't even get it to stop buffering at 50Mb at home because their client app is so bloody shortbus). I believe Netflix pays the most attention of all streaming services into the problems of limited bandwidth.

I have not measured as closely as you have but your results seem to match my experience. I've found generally that 5Mb will work with most all services that we use with the exception of Hulu of course.
Our All Over Internet seems to provide 5-10 Mbs which should be adequate however it seems whichever streaming service we use it will occasionally stop and start and sometimes just completely shut down. I believe it's a momentary loss of cell signal rather than bandwidth.
For that reason, along with the cost I think I will try Visible and if I get the same results as Dutchman, I will even use that at my home.

What is the name of the router you are using and is it connected to a dedicated phone or just one of your phones?

OK, OK.
I'm looking for the brand, not the log in...
