Help identifying this item

Hi anyone have any idea what this item is used for? It was in the garage of my 2021 Raptor 429 toy hauler.

Social Distancing beer opener?

Sorry, couldn't resist. I have no idea. The dealership "should have" mentioned something about it during your PDI and if they didn't you may have to contact them. Looks kinda important to me. Certainly not a tool left over from the factory. I'm sure someone here will chime in on the true use is for that.

Could it be a stabilizer for the rear deck? Or it must be something to do with garage bed I would think to secure it

Thanks Bill you might be right it worked perfect on my beer!!! I sent a picture to my salesman he asked everyone and know one knew. Hopefully someone can figure it out. It has a side patio maybe it has something to do with that.

Brion, I suspect that after owner your camper for a couple days you know more about RVs than the salesman who has likely never actually camped in an RV. If someone doesn't know, suspect a photo attached to an email to Keystone customer service might be a way to get an answer.

I’m leaning toward a patio stabilizer, with that slot fitting on the deck edge. Is the leg extendable?

The whole thing is solid, the small end has a removable pin and the big end is a solid chunk with a solid non movable pin.

It goes on the side patio on the TOP side. Directly above the lower stabilizer at the opening of the gate. Gives stability to the gate if you come up the stairs and grab the rail.
Put the lower stabilizer on first, you’ll see how it latches in.

It looks like the leg that attaches to the end or side of the garage door when in the deck position. It is used to offer support so the deck is not totally supported by the side cables. Toy Hauler videos on YouTube should show this attachment. I've seen it in place at RV Shows.
