Fireplace not working
I have a Avalanche 300RE and we lost 1 side of 220 electric at the campground and everything else works fine but the fireplace, was wondering if it wiped out the circuit board since it does nothing, their is power to the outlet that it is plugged into, what’s anyone’s opinion of just replacing the circuit board rather than replacing with a new fireplace?

Is power restored? Have you turned all the circuit breakers off then back on? Sometimes one will trip and it's not readily visible by looking. Is there a GFCI that might have tripped?
There may be a master off/on switch "hidden under a panel" on the fireplace. Often, when power is lost, it will default to OFF and you'll need to turn it on again.

From the information you provided I would check to see if the fireplace has its own internal fuse. In regard to the circuit board replacement versus replacing the entire fire place I have run into situations where for some reason the internal parts were more expensive that buying the complete unit

I believe the fireplace is only 110v. As already suggested, I would look for a reset on the unit, and turn off all breakers, then turn them back on. Also reset all breakers on the power pedestal.
You could also try running the fireplace from an extension cord to eliminate that outlet to isolate the trouble.
If you have an "In Command" remote control system, this might be part of the problem too.
Good Luck,

I have reset all the breakers the outlet does work, haven’t found any reset button yet but hopefully their is a reset or a fuse inside, I will have to wait for warmer weather to tear into it again, thanks for the replies.

Welcome to the forum : wlcm:
A little more info would help. Is there no power coming into the coach? Are you plugged in? At home or campground? 50A trailer? Plugged into and adapters ( dog bones)?

Is the microwave clock working? This is a good way to verify that you have power.

First thing I would check is the outlet (meter). Make sure it’s wired correctly and has power. You might want to have a professional electrician check it.

Sounds like no incoming ac power from your temporary outlet on house. Your lights will work on 12 volts from the battery..or you have a bad extension or shore power cord.

Once again, is the clock on the microwave working? This will tell if you have 120 volt power. The lights are 12 volt, they are powered by the battery. Are you connected to a 50 amp pedestal or just a 15 amp household outlet?
