Cougar Slide Floor has dropped on one side

Greetings
New forum member here from Kingston Wa. I have a 2019 Cougar 25RESWE. I noticed that the floor of the wardrobe slide appears to have dropped about 1/4 inch on the side toward the rear (see photos). I see no evidence of water incursion.

The floor, while it appears to have moved is still solid. If I push up on it it does not move and when I slide it in and out the gap appears to remain constant.

Curious to know if anyone else has had similar issues or has insight into what might be going on.

I have an appointment to take it into Tacoma RV Aug 4th.

Thanks
Walter V
