I have the same trailer and the back door this same seal would come loose at the top and I would tuck it back in only to have it come loose again. You can buy strips of this stuff from RV stores but I found that all I had to do was take a little Brilliant White DAP Alex Plus Acrylic Latex Caulk plus Silicone and put it in the space behind the seal and push the seal back in. This type of caulk is quite common, sold at most stores that have hardware department. Did this last weekend and then went on weeklong trip, had rain first two days then sun, wind and other spring weather. Seal has stayed in place and looks good. I also put Armor All on everything that is rubber or plastic except the tires, have used it for decades and it does seem to keep these types of material softer and that they last longer.
