slide out floor

I inspected my camper after winter and noticed the slideout floor was pulled away from the box.I was able to tighten the screws back into place but I noticed the trim piece toward the front of the slideout fit nice and flush and as it went toward the camper didn't fit flush any more .Could this be just poor workmanship or is something else going on.I noticed that the trim piece isn't bent or anything
