All true.

I really wanted to see the resolution on this one, though.
Did it really come from the dealer with two batteries and are they wired correctly?

Piqued my interest...

You could send a PM and ask. If they have the notification set up to recieve notifications it will send an email letting them know they have a message.

I may just do that, if for no other reason than somebody else might search on the same problem and it might help them out.

Have you tried resetting the control board down in the pass through? Disconnecting batteries and shore power might also help.

If you are referring to the InCommand module, the dealer will likely be fairly worthless to you anyway.

You will be better served getting additional tips here or contacting ASA Electronics directly:

Mon-Fri 7a - 8p EST

ASA has very helpful customer service.

Often times, just removing power from the system will reset it and clear the problems.....

You can't reset it by just turning the system off, or by removing shore power or by removing battery power at the battery cutoff switch. You will need to COMPLETELY remove power. That means unplugging shore power, disconnecting the battery and, if you have a solar system, disconnecting it from the system as well (some wiring practices provide 12 volt power to the trailer through the solar system, many don't, so disconnect it to be sure).

Once power is COMPLETELY removed from the system, when power is reapplied, the system will reboot and HOPEFULLY clear the problems.....

Just an interesting side note. My new Cougar was delivered from the dealer with (2) 12V batteries wired in series. I discovered this because of something I read on this forum.

Have you had it a while and got to check things out. If they wired it up 24vdc and then ran/tested things no telling what kind of issues they could have caused.

I've used it several times this year, & haven't found any issues yet. Something may come up later, or maybe I got lucky & corrected it before any serious damage was done.
