Slideout not working, no sound.

Hello, this is my first time posting, I own a 2016 summerland sm2570, and all of a sudden our Slideout wont work. the batteries are fully charged, there are no obstructions that I can see, when I hit the button to use it, there is no sound. all other amenities are working. We are new travel trailer owners and have no idea what to do. and to boot, were at the camground. Our slide out worked fine at home. Camper is level, stabilizers are down. Id appreciate any help please.

Sorry it’s not under better circumstances. Do you have any tools or testers? You’ll need to check for 12VDC coming into the slide switch. It’s possible there may be a resettable circuit breaker near the battery(s) mounted in the frame of the trailer. You may also have a fuse in the fuse panel.

I would start at the battery, follow the positive lead and test at the breakers on the frame, and then the fuse panel.
