I don't see an issue
Saw this, this morning parked in the lot of a casino near my home in Northern California. Couldn't see what was in the bed, and didn't see a WD hitch either... the truck had an Idaho plate, so I imagine there were a few white knuckle moments while traveling.

I was trying not to get caught taking the picture... I did see what looked like a kids bike in the bed, sitting atop of other stuff.
We have had a LOT of out of state workers migrate here due to the Oroville Spillway rebuild, and Camp Fire clean up; and now the subsequent infrastructure rebuild and urgent maintenance around power lines which weren't affected.

Don, came here to FL last year right in the aftermath of hurricane Michael. I could not believe the "things" that people were pulling, what they were living in and what they were pulling with. Crazy.

That truck is squatting so abnormally far that I wouldn't be surprised if they had a broken suspension part back there.

Maybe it levels out when ma and pa are in the front seat. I know I could probably drop that front end at least a couple inches ...

I think it is a good idea to keep the hood a bit unlatched to provide extra cooling for towing heavy loads. That is why Ford puts that little hook on the end of the hood latch; COOLING!

I don't even think the trailer is hooked up to the truck if you look closely the trailer is level and it dont look like there are any bars on the L brackets. If the weight of the trailer brought the rear of the truck down like that the trailer would not be level or slightly nose high as it looks in the picture.

It is hooked up. The first picture I took wasn't the best, but it does show the trailer hooked up.

looks like the saddles are there for an EQ4 W/D. Maybe he figured it didn't need it for a short jaunt? maybe it didn't come with the trailer when he bought it? maybe he didn't care?
