Outdoor kitchen

How do you connect the burner hose to the quick connect under the trailer on a 2820bh. There is no hole for the hose to go through and the hose is too short to go on the outside of the trailer.

Mine goes between the glide rails behind the grille, down the outside and then underneath. It barely reaches.

We purchased a short extension hose - I think 3' or 4'. It all coils up, along with the long grill hose, under the stove for storage.

Just a reminder, the hook-up the hose thing is a safety feature that insures there is no gas leak when closed-up. Do not drill a hole and permanently connect the gas line!!

The forum leadership urges members NOT to post photos to offsite locations and then post a link on the forum. That will "work in the short term" but with so many websites changing their URL, closing, eliminating support for some functions and even going from a "free site" to a "pay dearly site" we've found that in 3 or 4 months, the link to the offsite photo no longer provides access and we're right back were we started with no photo available..... Google Photos, Yahoo Photos, AOL photos and Photobin are just a few of the "used to work but not any more" sites that have eliminated links to posts on this forum. Also remember that links to "commercial or membership sites" like FaceBook, You Tube, etc are not permitted if the person using your link is required to join a site to view your data.

It's much easier and significantly more "permanent" to learn the correct way to post a photo ON THIS WEBSITE and know that any future searches for the post will include the information deemed "required to understand" what the poster is trying to convey.

Ours is tight enough it will move the skirting a half inch. It might take pushing the collar back to get it in.

Honest to God... These recent automotive graduates from Michigan State and Purdue working for the rv manufacturers are doing everything they can to make our lives miserable. The gas line for my outdoor cooktop is more than long enough to reach the connection point on my 2011 Cougar. To save money, it seems they are cheaping the connection hose length.

Man wish this were mine in my 34TSB. Mine is 6” shorter and pushes hard against the skirting. Takes one hand to hold the burner shelf fully extended to get every 1/4 inch of hose while the other hand tries to connect. Extension is a grand idea.
