black tank valve location

I have a 2004 Everest mocel M323-K and the black water valve is leaking and needs to be replaced. Can someone tell me where it is located so I don't have to remove all of the film underneath the RV? Thanks!

I got to ask, you cannot see nor know were it is but, your sure it is leaking?
Leaking to you mean it is not closing completely and allowing leakage to the dump cap or do you have fluids dripping from under the trailer?

Welcome to the forum.

If your going to replace the valve, your going to have to remove some of the coroplast anyway. I would look where the toilet is and figure its underneath that. When you find it just remove enough coroplast to allow you working room. That's how we do it at work in the shop.

Or before doing any work under the trailer, thinking that the valve might be jammed partly open as they get that way from the stuff in the tank. Fill with water maybe some soap or oil and pull the handle open and closed several times it will likely clear small items blocking the valve from complete close. No costs or disassemble needed until that fails.

Well it's up to you, it may or may not be closing completely. It is common to have black tank stuff jammed into the valve area as it drains. Than it will not close Much easier to check and fix then tearing the belly open and removing parts. Sorry I do not know were that valve is. My guess not more then a couple feet from the T handle. Good Luck.
