Breaker box labeling

I'm working on adding an additional outlet in the kitchen area, and I tapped into a line that I thought was the gfci circuit and it turns out I actually tapped into a circuit labeled REC/CON. I'm not sure what it stands for but all I can tell is that it is the circuit for the Television. I'm thinking I should probably install a gfci outlet here since it's going into the kitchen assuming it's not already a gfci circuit, any advice?

"receptacles/converter

shutting that breaker down should shut down the converter and any receptacles not on the GFI circuit..
