Outside TV Mounting Bracket

I have a new 2015 Keystone Sprinter 299RET. It has a bracket outside for mounting a TV (sorry I don't have a picture, but it's flat with 2 rounded slots). The bracket on the back of the TV is flat and just screws into the TV, nothing to attach it to the outside mount. Does anyone know where to get a bracket for the TV. The dealer is useless.

Check the entire mount assembly on the TV. Some will lift out of the plate on the wall, and you don't remove it from the TV.

If like the RAPTOR that bracket for an outside TV looks exactly like the bracket you have inside. The intent is to move an existing TV including the bracket arm from the inside and slide it into the slotted outside arm bracket you are referring
Unless you want to mount another bracket/arm onto another TV and use it just for outside. There are posts out there addressing this same situation and has part numbers. Search like TV, Mounting bracket using the search function

I checked the mount and the plate is screwed to the wall and mounting plated is screwed to the back of the tv. I'm calling Keystone tomorrow.

That's normal. Where the TV part goes into the WALL part, can you maybe push a tab at the bottom and lift it out?

If it is what I am referring to, there should be a pull tab hanging from that TV arm pull that tab down releasing the arm pin. If hard to pull then push the TV slightly toward the wall to take some pressure off the pin and pull tab. After the pin is released extend the bracket arm out and lift the TV/arm out of the slotted plate attached to the wall.

Pararaptor: your referring to the travel lock on the extension arms right?

What I'm talking about is a "lock" that keeps the arm in the bracket mounted to the wall.

Okay just went out to the Raptor, let me clarify/correct what I was trying to say. That strap and pin that I was referring to is only to unlock the arm mechanism so it will move out from the wall. Found out that the strap does not have to be pulled to remove the TV/ARM combination from the slotted bracket attached to the wall. I have been pulling that strap swinging it out from the wall which made it easier to lift the TV/ARM assembly out of the wall bracket. There is also a separate traveling strap (elastic cord) that secures the flat screens to the wall.

There is nothing that holds the TV/ARM combination in that slotted wall bracket other than a tight fit and its weight. It takes some upward force to lift it up and out of that wall bracket.
