Atwood WH Not Running on Propane
I have a 2015 23RB with an Atwood GC6AA-10E hot water heater. This is the version with a spark ignition, not a pilot light. There was no problem using the hot water heater on electric and/or propane the first two days of use. On our last outing, it would not maintain a flame in propane mode, but electric is fine.
Here are a few details of what I am observing:
* the propane tank is near full and good pressure based on all other appliances operating on propane without issues
* there is a strong flame during the spark ignition that lasts 6 to 8 seconds when the switch is activated
* the flame extinguishes after the 6 to 8 seconds of spark ignition
So far I have checked the seating of the connectors on the circuit board, confirmed 12V to the circuit board, confirmed gap and position of the spark probe (ignitor), replaced the spark probe based on technical advice already received and ensured a good ground at the ground screw.
Words of wisdom would be appreciated on how to address this issue.

It should be covered under Atwood's warranty. Why aren't you taking it back to your dealer for repair?

It could be as simple as the thermostat stuck open, sending a "I'm hot enough" signal to the control board after the ignition sequence ends or it could be the control board, or flame sensor, or propane valve, or ????
Like slow said, it's under warranty, take it to a dealership and let the "experts" repair it. Changing parts, pulling the HWH, "tinkering" with things while "poking" around will probably not fix it, but can definitely void your warranty once the dealership and Atwood determine that you messed it up more than you fixed it.
Try resetting the thermostats by pushing the black rubber caps on your heater, if that doesn't fix it, call and make an appointment before you go changing, replacing or modifying anything else.

Thanks for the feedback and insight on the resetting of the thermostats.
Just trying to avoid the TT sitting at the dealer if I overlooked something obvious.

A late update is better than none:
It turned out to be a bad WH control board. An easy fix.

Actually, I fixed it a year ago, but forgot to post an update for others to benefit from my experience.
Still have snow on the ground, so a few more weeks before we get the TT out of indoor storage.
