Fuel Station Issue

I used my fuel station for the first time last weekend and had trouble getting the pump to prime and then pump the gas. It did finally after 10 mins. of jiggling the hose, turning the switch on/off a few times, etc. Is there a button or relief valve? I didn't see anything...
I had approx. 25 gals. of gas in there so I don't think it was a pickup problem.

If the automatic shut off kept clicking, it was a bad nozzle on the pump.

???
Not sure I follow, I'm talking about pumping gas out of my toyhauler using the fuel station.
Are you talking about filling it up?

A few months ago, this was discussed at length on here. You can do a search for "fuel station" or for "fuel pump" and get most of the information. Here is the link to rebuilding the fuel pump. Apparently the internal components swell when exposed to ethanol and the pump quits working. If it's bad enough, it will not only "not prime" but it will actually stop working and blow the fuel station fuse.

Anyway, hopefully this will get you started on the right track to finding a solution:

Was wondering then...should I exercise the fuel station monthly when I do the monthly generator run? Use it or lose it?
