LCI TT ground control LF problem

LCI TT Ground Control leveling system
Auto Level and manual leveling works great except this:
LF & RF legs will extend/retract as expected when raise/lower the front.
LF will not extend when used to raise the left side but LR works fine. Both will retract just fine when adjusting the side.
LR works just fine.
No error messages.
Same for auto level and manual (Left button).
What could cause this?

Even with no errors have you done the system reset? All jacks down a minimum of 6” then hold retract down until all jacks begin to pull up. Once they’re up the system is reset. Try that then try your jacks again.

So today I reset/homed the system. No change in the situation. I also inspected the wiring at the LF jack. Tight and good.
I also found the controller, removed protective cover, and checked the wires. Tight and good. No visible issues.
Motor works, retract works, extend jack works with front but does not work with side. All other jacks work properly.
I am thinking I should check for current/volts during operation - power and control wires. Each jack has power wires as well as three control wires. Could be controller problem.

Yes, could be a controller problem. I would call Lippert to get help. They are very good at walking through your symptoms with you and helping to diagnose.

No, but I have called a couple times when my leveling system isn’t working right. They take their time and are helpful.

I second LCI tech support. They are among the finest.

I called support. They think it is a controller problem. I will check each wire at the controller and the LF jack while in use. Checking if the controller is sending current and if the current is making it to the jack. Also will compare active wires to LR jack. This should confirm if controller or damaged wire.

I had an issue yesterday for the first time. Couldn't puzzle it out so I called the help line. "Sarah" walked me through resolving the situation in five minutes. 5 stars to her and LCI support.

Out of stroke error, screen message said to retract all jacks. Using the retract button would not clear the message. Sarah explained that they all had to be lowered first, then they would retract OK.

Worked like a charm.

(I was trying to compensate for a very unlevel site with blocks and planks and such. System was basically telling me I was an idiot and stop doing that!)
