Bubbles on roof of new camper

We bought a 2022 243rb hideout in November 2021, and just recently noticed long bubbles across roof
And along length of both sides it is bubbled up. Keystone denied our warranty claim and said it will protect the roof. Should I be concerned

The bubbles are 3in. wide and 4 to 8 ft long and seem to be where the roof panels come together

Welcome to the forum

Your pics didn’t make it. You need to send lots of pictures to your selling dealer as they are the starting point for any warranty claim. Did you try to contact Keystone directly?

Here's how it was explained to me when our Cougar developed a similar problem.
As you're driving, air across the top of the trailer actually creates an "uplift" that is trying to pull or suck the roof material away from the wood it is glued to.
Keystone originally denied our claim saying it was the material manufacturers' problem.
The manufacture denied the claim saying it was an installation problem, that the material wasn't glued properly or the glue was bad.
In the end, our dealer's service rep and service manager convinced Keystone there was no other reason (foreign object damage or other issues) for the roof to fail. They actually pulled the material back away from the wood and demonstrated with photos that the glue had indeed failed.
As suggested by others, your best advocate is the dealer. Don't be shy about escalating to the service manager and GM or owner. They have a lot more clout with Keystone when it comes to getting a warranty approval.

Tom, Either selected the "Advanced" or quote some else's message. You will see a button below the dialog box that says "Attach Files".... click the "Manage Attachment" button. From there another box will pop up and it will say "Choose Files". This will allow you to look into some directory on your computer or phone and select an image you wish to post. Last, make sure you click the "Upload" button and then close the box. Place your cursor in the text field where you wish the image to appear. Put in whatever text you like then click the "Submit Reply" button to post which includes the image.

Keystone probably used “cosmetic” only and as long as the membrane is intact there isn’t a warranty claim, right?

How your dealership writes the claim can have an impact on Keystones decision. I’ll wait for the pics, but me personally I would be hounding my dealer AND Keystone. It’s not going to get better, only worse and will fail at some point.
