Raptor 429 need help

2021 Raptor 429, brand new and getting the run around from the dealer.

I’m wondering if anyone has the same unit that can take a photo of the support beam that holds up the center area of the side patio.

Mine never came with it. My dealer said they ordered it, now 3 months later they are telling me that it was never supposed to have it and they can’t find a part to order for it.

This with a bunch of other issues has me pissed, but I’m hoping 1 of you can help so I can show them a photo of what it is supposed to look like

I have the same 429; just picked up 6/24/21. I have that center leg, but it's too long. The dealer didn't know how to use it either. I have quite a few other issues that are NOT being addressed by the dealer. ( like the railing too long on the patio, so when closed, it overlaps and dings up the side. 2 of the doors are clearly upside down.......etc

Disappointing when you spend that much.

Fwiw, I have the Cyclone version of ur Rig. That post is a support rod and it is def adjustable. I have the exact same kind on my side porch. Funny that my rear patio does not have one though and they are rated for the same weight.
I would call Keystone and ask them for the part number, and if it is required.

Yes, it is adjustable, but at its shortest it is still too long.

Interesting that it is too long even on level ground. Maybe try drilling more holes further up the shaft to adjust it shorter. Should be very easy.

Could the telescoping piece with the holes be installed upside down? ie the adjustment holes are on the wrong end?

I have a 2021 raptor 429. My middle support leg was also too long, I believe I cut of few inch off the tube between the two different pin locations and use just the hole that allows for more adjustability. I also had to remove the rubber bushing that sits under the lip of the ramp as it would not slide on and lock all they way. And I had to rotate the lock assembly that was attached to the ramp so the leg would lock in. If you need pics I can get those for you.
