Huge Trailer Tongue Lock

Are you really worried about your TT being stolen?
Do you have good arm strength?
Do you have money to burn?

Well, here's the tongue lock for you.

I didn't watch the entire video, but my 1st thought was "that's a great place to wrap a chain to tow the trailer off with!"
Our church used an enclosed trailer for awhile to store lawn equipment til a proper storage building was built. It had a bent tongue making it very difficult to hitch up, it had both tires flat, it was up on cinder blocks with the tires off the ground, had an extension ladder chained through the wheel on one side, it was basically a shed with axles with a brand new zero turn riding mower inside. One Sunday morning the pastor ask me if I'd moved that trailer, which I had not? Further investigation we followed gouges in the street where someone had drug that trailer off the blocks with both tires flat for about 5-6 blocks where the gouges ended, apparently they loaded it onto another trailer. BTW, the trailer nor any of the contents were ever found!
All this to point out if they want it bad enough they'll get it, that big gigantic lock will only slow them slightly!!

I have never been concerned about RV trailer theft. Cargo trailers are completely differently. Any crack head with a car and trailer ball on it can steal a cargo trailer in minutes.
BTY, in Beaverton a few years ago I spoke to the owner of a counter top co. mainly granite type. He parks his 4 cargo trailers in a unsecured lot and had them stolen at times. He put hitch locks similar on his and none stolen since.
I am betting that trailer listed as stolen with flat tires and the marks in the road ended nearby was put onto a flat bed tow truck.
