Small soft spot - Passport 2920BH

Recently noticed a small area centered between the bunk beds that gives when walked on. No issues anywhere else including by the bunk beds or the rear cabinet. Any quick inspection tips for this affected area? As always, much appreciated.

I have the same issue with my 2016 Hideout. A small, maybe 4 inch, soft spot developed in the floor between the bed and outside wall. It appears to be directly above the main longitudinal frame member. I can't get at it from underneath to see what happened because of this and the insulation and water barrier (that I don't want to compromise)

Does anyone have any ideas? Suggestions?
