Cool To rock or not is the question

I have Lil Rocker by RBW hitch, It has baffled me since day one (10 yrs) as to why I would want to lock the side swivel out, seems like it would put allot of extra stress on tow vehicle.

Those who have a Lil Rocker by RBW, do you lock out the side swivel going down the road, and honestly can you tell the difference?

Don't know why you would want to, early 5er hitches didn't rock side to side, but that was seen as a draw back.
