In my experience in Grand Marais MN is that the outside hose freezes much before the trailer water pipes. If you are worried, turn one of the faucets onto a fast drip. The water moving through the line is about 54 degrees and the light flow will keep the lines thawed out.

They make heated water hoses or heat tape for a regular hose then wrap either with pipe insulation. Or just fill your fresh water tank & use the hose to only fill the tank when needed.
Contact your local lp dealer & setup a 100lb, or bigger, lp tank & have them check/fill as needed regularly, then be sure to run the onboard furnace as it usually has a duct running underneath to keep most of the lines warmed.
Using foam board as temporary skirting will also help. DO NOT use hay bales, they create a nice cozy warm place for critters to share your rv.
