Hydraulic tip out weld broke

I had a recent problem with my Montana 3790RD hydraulic slides. 1 on the glides on each side broke the weld on the frame. The rods that connect the 2 gears that open on close also bent and rubbed the tires and bent both rods. Ruined 2 tires. Had them re welded on the road and and 1 weld broke again after we opened the tipout at home. Keystone has no idea what those 2 rods are. RV dealer was no help either. Got a new set of tires but I don't want to put them on until I can reweld the rail to the frame and replace the rods. HELP

This is one time when a picture would be worth a thousand words.

If Keystone doesn't know what you're talking about, posting photos would certainly help all of us "visualize" what you're dealing with.
