Used unit, did PO install shut off at kitchen sink? Is it a pull out spray head, is the hose kinked? Is the airerator clogged?

No kitchen water

I doubt a manual would help.

You get water out of both the hot and cold sides in the bathroom but none from either at the kitchen sink? I would suspect the faucet in that case. To confirm, Turn off the water pump and disconnect/turn off city water if connected. Get something to catch water, disconnect one of the connections under the sink, and have someone turn on the water pump. If water flows, it's the faucet.

It hopefully goes without saying to make sure you have water in your tank if you're using the pump.

When you reconnect the fitting, don't over tighten it. They break easily.

Yes both hot and cold water work in the bathroom. I can't find a shut off in the kitchen area. The pull out spray hose has a weight on it so it's not a kinked. The faucet is a Delta I think older model. I will try disconnecting under the sink. Thank y'all

Check if there is a screen at the terminus of the faucet. When I was doing the pre-purchase look over on my rig in July the kitchen faucet was not working. The tech pulled the end of the pull out off and the screen was plugged. Cleaned it out and faucet worked perfectly.
