distance between bumper and 5th?

how far are your 8ft bed bumpers from the back of the 5th? I installed my hitch per the instructions and was curious of what others see. mine is about 24 in. Seams like the rig is back more than I thought it would be, but the pin is just in front of the rear axle and to the spec of Reese.

I don't know what trailer or TV you have. But with the extended pin-box that came on my Cougar and my stock tailgate on my Dodge I can comfortably hitch up with the tailgate down ... even at a slight angle. I never measured but with tailgate up I can open and latch the front storage compartment. If your Reese hitch is slightly forward of the axle you should be good to go. JM2¢, Hank
