No power to slide out and tongue

I have a 2020 springdale travel trailer model #270bhwe. I have no power for my slide out and tongue, the battery is fully charged and everything else on the trailer works. Is there a reset or a fuse somewhere? If there is where is it located? Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated,.

Follow the positive battery cable from the battery. It will take you directly to two or possibly three "DC mini-breakers". Chances are that one of those mini-breakers has corroded internal contacts.

They look like a small "metal or plastic box" with two screw terminals on the top and may be "capped" with a red rubber/vinyl weather cover.

Hi,

Are you plugged into shore power?

Is the battery disconnect switch "disconnected"?

If I plug into my truck it works, does this mean I have a battery problem? Everything else works on shore power, but not the slide out and tongue

Have you removed and tested the battery? If the trailer is plugged into shore power you will be reading the output of the converter, not the battery.
