It appears to be from a large motor home, not one of the Lippert hydraulic jacks.

The current hydraulic level up cylinder made by Lippert is an aluminum assembly that can.. to some extent .. despite Lipperts claims... be taken apart and repaired by a decent local hydraulic shop or an individual with good mechanical skill sets...

Common leak points are banjo fitting at top of cylinder.. usually due to a failed o ring seal... The top and bottom caps also have oring seals inside that can fail and be replaced.

Sometimes it’s just a matter of snugging the two bolts and banjo bolt on the top cap if hydraulic seep appears on top of cylinder. However, one must be careful to not over torque as this will crack the housing or top cap

If internally leaking and bypassing fluid this also can be corrected if the piston assembly is not too scored...

See PDF for breakdown on how this cylinder is designed.
