Grease

We have a 318sab 5th wheel. Trailer has been sitting for winter and one of the rims has what looks like grease running down center of hub and running inside of rim . What causes this. Is it over greased or something more serious.

Leaking seal? Over using the easy lube zerk fitting resulting in grease saturating the brake drum/shoes?
