Low point drain question

In the process of winterizing. 10 minute job right? Nope can't get the bypass valve to the hot water to shut off all the way. I figured out a way around that. Was wondering if you drain the low point drains till nothing runs out or do you stop when it turns pink. I stopped at pink for now and there seems to still be quite a bit of fluid left in them.

Pink is good for me. You could go either way though.
