As long as you have a good battery installed, Start at the trailer cord you plug into the truck. Hold it so that the openings are facing you and the locking tab is UP. Now take a jumper wire and connect the top two “blades” one on each side of the tab. If you have running lights then the issue is in your tow vehicle, possibly a blown fuse.
If you still have no lights then post back for further instructions.
