Residential fridge upgrade

Hi
Has anyone been successful in finding a residential fridge to replace a Dometic RM1350 ? I have a 2014 Keystone Alpine and would like to go with a residential for a replacement. The rv is mostly parked so no issue with traveling. The enclosure is 63 by 32 by 27 inches. Hoping to avoid major modifications to fit.

As to why

A long story. Condensed version is we have been without a working fridge for three months. Bought our rv used but with 4 years extended warranty in March this year. Fridge would cycle from cold to hot and was diagnosed as cooling unit failure in July. Dealer quoted $3500 Cdn for new cooling unit but said they couldn`t source one so wanted to put in a new fridge at a cost of $10.153 Cdn plus installation. Warranty people found a cooling unit and had it shipped to dealer who installed it and when it still wasn`t working they came back and redid the installation. ( I had to tell the kid who installed it to remove the 18 screws from inside the fridge as they were trying to pry out the cooling unit with prybars) Fridge now gets cold but then heats up and the boiler runs continuously. Dealer walked away from the job and will not finish it. Other dealers in the area will not service RV if not bought from them. I don`t need a two way fridge and I think the residential will be a better choice as it seems I will have to solve this on my own. In Canada

WOW, Im sorry you had so much trouble, and I can understand your decision to switch to a residential refer. You might try these people for a conversion:

https://jc-refrigeration.com/product...ic-hvac-units/

We have installed them on the Norcold 2118 and have had 100% success. They come with links to yutube installation videos, vey clear and concise.
