Water damage

Okay haven’t used the camper since May and it’s been closed up all slides in. Today in preparing to go camping this weekend I opened it up and put the slides out. I noticed as facing the entertainment slide the right corner under the slide was wet. No water inside so how does the underneath of the slide get wet while closed? Haven’t had camper a year yet should this be covered under warranty?

Water damage is typically caused by roof leaks, window seal leaks or leaks on the seal at the juncture of roof and camper sides. Might also be caused by leaks of your slide seals. Most of these places where there is a potential for water leaks are the owner's responsibility as I think your warranty guidance from Keystone would be check and reseal every couple months. When was the last time you checked these items? Pretty sure it will be hard to pin Keystone for water intrusion issues otherwise.

My guess would be that your slide seal along the top and/or the side of the slide is not making full contact with the trailer side. What's probably happening is the rain is not being caught by the "roof gutter" above the slide, that water is seeping under the slide bulb seal and then gravity is pulling it to the low side of the slide where it runs down the slide sidewall and at the bottom, either "drips off the slide onto the ground" or if the trailer is not level, follows the side bottom to the lowest point where it then drips onto the ground.

In your case, I'd guess that the trailer is "slightly higher on the left side of that slide and water is migrating from the roof, down the low side of the slide and under the slide. Check your bulb seals on the slide outside flanges, You'll probably find the top bulb seal is either torn or compressed and not making contact with the trailer sidewall.
