Any experiences with Route 2 from Montana (Glacier) to Wisc./Mich

For next summer's trip out west I want to stay north as long as possible. It's darn hot and humid here in FL! Any experiences just traveling on Route 2? Good roads? Good campgrounds/parks? Thanks!

It's a good highway all across the way. Lot's of little towns and plenty of fuel stops. It's what the Montanans cal Hi Line country. As for rv parks or state parks do your searching for what you like and pick out some points of interest. Some folks think it's a long boring drive though.

US Highway 2

We have traveled most of US2 across the country. It's a picturesque, modern highway. In this picture we were traveling east from Duluth, MN to Superior, WI. The bridge provides a crossing for more than one highway. US2 is one of them.
