We carry 2-12’ kayaks using Access Truck Accessory racks. They are easily removed when not needed. Works with rollup bed cover also.
Nothing interferes with trailer, easily slide them up from rear.

I have a Silverado with a capper on bed so bought a nice rack and mounted it to capper- didn't want to drill holes in the cab roof. I already had the 4 kayak craddles. I put one end in and push up the other into the cradles. It is a little of a pain but we get to bring the toys. I checked out the foldable ones and a great idea and would free up the capper rack for the sailboat!
Well maybe......
I also just added a bike rack to the front of camper tongue (yes I know it increases tongue weight but am still OK for that. I just don't like carrying anything on back of camper. I did it with bikes on previous camper and had a 2" receiver welded to frame but I coul;d feel the added weight in the rear and didn't like it. The bigger eason though is the "debris" on the roadside when things fell off. It would be a rude awakening to arrive at campsite and the toys were gone from ear of trailer and never even knew they went bye-bye.

I have a 2 person west marine /advanced elements inflatable kayak…fits into its own flat suitcase bag. I keep that in the storage compartment.
I’m getting inflatable paddle boards also as they are versatile and actually pretty solid( some people sit on them and paddle like a kayak)
The fold up kayaks are a neat idea but when I was camping last month there was another camper assembling and folding it for quite a while…not sure if they had the directions for it but it sat there half folded and looking rickety for most of the day.

Those racks do look like a good option though. Wonder if you could get bike rack and kayak rack and carry all at once if you have the payload capacity?

What picture are you talking about? Am I missing something? If you're referring to my black GMC it's a 2500HD Denali 6.6

So I ended up purchasing a Yakima T-rail system. A bit of a learning curve due to the Retrax tonneau cover. I got the wrong JRacks and sent them back but strapped the kayaks directly on top of the bars for a test run to Bodega Bay. All went well except at my age it's a bit tough getting them up there.

I did discover that I have about 8" of clearance with the yaks laying on the tanneau cover so I dont need this tall of a bed rack. I'm going to try and sell these and get the short version.

Ugh.....wife is super happy with this.....NOT Anyone looking for Yakima rails? Only used once
