GE AC/furnace Thermostat
While camping this weekend my GE thermostat is
Displaying Lo and will not turn off or change to furnace. I had this happen once before and turned off my battery disconnect switch to reset it but that didn’t work this time. We can’t run the furnace or AC. Any suggestions on what my issue might be? I have searched the internet and can’t find too much information on the GE system. My camper is a 2021 Keystone Bullet 330BHS with a GE air
Conditioner system.

This appears t9 be your thermostat. Link to it
Start at page 11…
https://products.geappliances.com/Ma...-5000400-5.pdf
The error appears to be a low 12 volts DC source of power to,the thermostat

Mine displays that when the temp in the camper is too low. About 30 seconds of good warm breath on the temp sensor can bring that up enough to let it run. It's a slight slow registering so give it a minute to catch up to your breath warming it up.
Long story short: I woke up to 32 degrees during elk hunting this year due to a furnace issue (I think my specific thermostat displays LO with any temp under 35 degrees).
While I worked on getting the furnace working I wanted to run the fireplace to knock the biting cold off and the heating element would not run either. I had the fake lights of a fire but it would not heat and blow until it warmed up a small amount. I got the furnace running and don't think the fireplace functioned for heat until the temp in the camper got to around 40 degrees.
I thought the fireplace was broke but it apparently suffers the same issue thermostats do. I don't know where the temp sensor of the fireplace but knowing would at least let me get it operating if I ever found myself in that ugly situation again the future.
It might be the voltage as Chuck and the manual indicates but give your thermostat temp sensor a warm breath warmup and test that out too.

I am leaning toward voltage problem. Last night we had a power outage at the campground that lasted about 20 minutes. When the power came back on the thermostat unlocked from Lo mode and worked normally. When we woke up this morning it was in the off mode. Turned it back on went back to Lo indicator and shut off again. Tried it again and it stayed on and working as it should. Think the outage allowed it to reset but not sure what the cause of my low voltage is. Would you think my battery is not holding charge or the inverter not working. Going to have to put the meter to it when I get home. Battery was in the unit when we bought it new in July 2020 but who knows how long a battery will last?

a quick test with a multimeter .. which is something EVERY RV owner needs to carry and know how to use will tell you the output at those batteries from your CONVERTER that powers everything in the RV that uses 12 volts DC...
The correct way to verify converter operation is to remove the battery leads and with shore power connected measure output on the battery leads remvoed
Should read 13.4 to 13.8 volts DC

My powermax is a 3-stage. It reads 14.6 when there is no battery.

Oh yeah, I realized that. No worries. I mentioned that to point out differences with other converters like the PowerMax.

I took the battery to an auto parts store and it was at 9.3 volts. I will be checking the output with my multimeter as you suggested.

I had the same thing happen on my Bullet 273BHS. It just ended up being the batteries were too low and needed to be charged. Ran an external generator for a few hours and all good.
