Plumbing Vents too Close

I have an Everest that I just replaced the roof membrane. Now I am kicking myself for not rerouting the vent pipes. The caps have to be cut for them both to be installed. This was a leak spot previously and I am looking for a better solution. Anyone used something like a refrigerator vent in place of the plumbing caps? That is my best guess as to what will work. The photo shows the factory positioning.

I think I would add about 4" of pvc to one of the lines so a cap will clear.

Adding to the length of the pipe won't solve the problem of sealing at the roof line. The cap bases have to be severely modified to fit flat on the roof.

Refer vents still allow water, and don’t “seal” the roof. It is a poor design flaw, but lots of putty tape and Dicor should seal it.

Not sure if you could use something like this as a first line of defense..maybe put over the top of existing setup. You could bed it in dicor then use tape to seal around the flashing..maybe keep water from pooling between the pipes

Comes in white also

One of the covers like used on a bathroom pop up vent would protect them from rain.
