Possibly low air flow, limited removal of condensation on the evaporator coils, causing ice formation ??? There is a "freeze detector plug" located inside the unit. It may have fallen out of the evaporator coils or it may be incorrectly positioned... If it's not the freeze detector, it may be a low Freon charge. Or, it may be something entirely unrelated to any of these. They are the most common, but certainly not the only possible problems.
If it's a new trailer and it becomes a problem, or if you can't access the freeze detector and the problem continues even with the thermostat fan setting on HIGH, I'd suggest contacting the dealer to have it repaired under warranty.
With the new trailers, Dometic warrants the air conditioner for 2 years, the manufacturer of the "In-Command system" warrants their "contribution to HVAC" differently from the Dometic warranty" and Keystone warrants all of it for the first year only.... So, for 12 months from purchase, you can get it fixed with little "warranty hassle"... After that 12 months, you can still get it repaired under the "component manufacturer's warranty". But you may run into a "we're not responsible, they are" situation between whose component caused the issue.... I wouldn't wait, if it is a problem, get the dealer involved.
