Positive service experience at my dealer today

I brought our Keystone Sprinter 311bhs in today to have a 2nd A/C installed. We agreed on a 13,500 Coleman Mach a/c unit and lower unit and installation for 880$ Come to find out it was going to be 400$ more for a black unit to match our other unit which is black but I said no way just give me a white one cause just to have a black shell for the ac isn't worth 400$ to me. They said ok.

They call us 4 hours later saying the tt is ready for pickup. We arrive and what do you know there is a black a/c unit on top of the tt. Didn't say a word when we went inside to pay. Go in the trailer where the service lady said they left the paper work for the unit as we keep all paper work in a binder for future use. Well to make a long story short they put a coleman mach 15,000 unit just like the one that was already on the trailer and it was a black unit. So thank you mr dealer, you saved me about 1000$!!!

But now I have 2 15k units that take 16 amps a piece when running. lol

I'm a happy customer!!!

I don't want to give up the name of the dealer as it might come back to bite me.
