Today we picked up our 2012 Premier 19 FBPR from Pete's RV after some maintenance and repair work. The only thing I can say about their service department is outstanding!!!

We are lucky that there are 2 good Keystone Service Departments in our area.I have heard good thing's about Pete's from friends that bought there.I needed something repaired under warranty on a trip to Chicago and stopped at the store in Indiana and they repaired it no questions asked. I bought from Alpin Haus in Saratoga only because they had a 318ASB in stock at the same price they also give good service no questions asked for visiting owners.
