Question Compartment Door adjustment

I searched for a remedy but found none so can anyone tell me how to adjust an outside storage compartment door. Mine drags on the bottom, in fact it's scaring from one of the screws that holds the trim around the door. There are two screws on top of the rail that the door slides into but they only seem to lock it into the rail and I see no way to adjust it. I need to raise it up so there is no drag on the bottom.
