Has anyone else had a problem with the awning? I have a 2015 Sprinter 299 RET, two feet of LED lights have burnt out, the left speaker, (facing the RV), has corroded and no longer works. The housing filled with water when it rained heavy. Realized it too late. The "easy" pitch feature is a joke. The left side sags completly, no matter how much you tighten the bolt.

We have a 2014 Sprinter 343FWBH. I noticed our left side speaker was going in and out last trip but I haven't checked it out. Our awning seems to be staying out and it does dump when pools of water are on it from rain.

Only suggestion for sagging side is to check the gas strut. I've had some loose their strength and had to replace them.
