Spare Tire Life

Wondering if I should replace my spare tire?
It’s a Sailun S637 brand new still with stickers. It’s what came on the spare new from the factory. I haven’t crawled under to check the tire date but I’m guessing 2017 as my rig is a 2018. Being under the rig it’s never really been exposed to the sun. For piece of mind; should I replace it?
Knock on wood… I haven’t needed to use it but want to be prepared in case that day comes.

I had an unused spare mounted on the rear bumper carrier and it exploded and had never been mounted; it had aged out and probably did get some UV as I didn't have it covered.

Are all the tires the same?
Tires will age out no matter where they are stored. Some will say eight years but most will say five years is max. Those that know from experience will change to new tires after five years IF they are good tires. I do not believe Sailuns are looked at as lesser tires but five to six years is about all I will trust my Goodyears for only because they sit so much. If they were rolling down the road as much as my truck tires I would probably wear them out in five years or less.
