You might also want to pull your ceiling vents and make sure they are sealed to the ducts or you're cooling the "attic."
yep just watched this Hanks video yesterday!

Actually watched their video the night before we went. So first thing I checked. Ours is a little different.

I'm really leaning toward control board or capacitor.

I can run that AC on 1 of my 2000 watt Champion generators or from a 20 amp, 110 in my garage with a 25' 14 ga extension to a 50/30/15 dogbone! Have not tried running the heat pump side yet
Running a 20 amp circuit via a 25' 14 ga extension cord is a great way to start a fire. Use that ext cord for your Chrismas lights and get a 12 guage extension for the trailer.

You are correct and I am using 12 not 14 ga! 25' the shortest I can get away with

That A/C should have a 2 year warranty. Find a good service center to check it.

AC not cooling

Had a similar problem on my Raptor turned out the plenum divider in the Air conditioner had fallen out of position allowing cooled air to be sucked into the air return instead of flowing into the trailer fixing that greatly improved the AC functioning

Well, AC is dead. Need a whole new unit. Sad because its less than a year old. But it is warranty. Just hope they can get it in within the next 2 weeks.

We have the GE units and the plenum divider is actually bolted in place so it doesn't move, nice setup on that. But I hear the GE units really aren't that good. But it did cool really well when it worked.

Ac

Hi I have a 2010 bullet this is my first weekend away with it and when I turn on the ac unit it is really load and the air doesn’t come out of the ceiling vents it only come out of the unit itself. Any ideas why it would be so loud

Dirt dauber nest on the fan blades ??? Tree leaves or pine needles in the fan blades??? A dead mouse or chipmunk in the fan blades ???

The only way to know for sure why the unit is making more noise than usual is to climb on the roof, take the shroud off and do a visual inspection to see if there's a "reason"...

As for the air distribution. Most A/C units of that era had a "dump feature" on the ceiling unit. There are vents on the underside with a "shutter" that slides left or right. Usually, if there's air "dumping from the ceiling unit" it's because the shroud is open. It's designed to be a "quick cool feature" for the area immediately under the A/C unit. Open the shutter for "quick cool" and more noise, close the shutter for "air through the ceiling vents" and a bit less noise.....
