TWO AC'S in ducted system just not doing the job. The factory wont help, they say the reading the dealer is getting is good. But the front unit is not putting out near the air flow that the back one is. blocked intake? not sure how to check. how to exposé the bottom of the unit to make sure the duct didn't collapse or they left trash etc.

Do a search on here, all kinds of information on how to get more air flow. Had the same problems on my 2021 and did several things to make it better.

There are lots of videos on Youtube showing how to check and fix lots of issues with the ducted systems.

Two will actually work well provided you remove the roof units and fix the main issue at hand... you will find the ductwork under the AC unit is most likely obstructed with too much spray foam and lousy workmanship
