Yes, it is on our 2020 26RBSWE as well. I haven't tested it, but I would figure the inverted outlet on the driver side night stand is as well. Those are the three outlets that are inverted in our TT.

(bedroom driver side night stand, that GFI outlet in the kitchen, and the outlet behind the tv)
