The thread took a bit of a turn there for a bit. Have you found a dealer to take care of your issue?

As was mentioned, it's not normal for a grey tank to overflow into the belly. Which tank is overflowing; galley or bathroom? Also, have you checked all the drain connections running into those tanks both above and below the floor? A loose drain fitting might be letting water run onto the tank and then onto the coroplast. It can even run from inside the trailer, down the drain pipe and then over the tank. Look at all those connections carefully. It could also be a cracked fitting, split tank or ??? but let's hope not. I had one where a screw left on top of the tank during manufacture finally wore a hole through the top of the tank where it was trapped. Good luck and keep us apprised.

Yep, that was understood...just injecting a little sarcasm as all roads seem to lead to that off track subject.

Did you find a dealer to service your trailer? What was the issue causing the overflow in the belly? We bought out of our local area and my local dealer refused to service my trailer since they did not sell it to me. I found a private mechanic to assist me in the future. Can’t believe the BS from my local dealer on service.

The issues could be a in sealed connection, likely at the tank, the other could be a cracked tank. Should not leak, we have filled ours to the point of standing water in the shower pan.

Have you looked into a mobile RV repair service? Might be the best option. It sucks that dealers won’t service what they didn’t sell.

On the bright side, at least it is the grey tank and not the black.

Welcome to the forum from NY/GA
wishing you many years of great RVing.

Yeah sounds like the same issue. Had mobile tech take a look at it waiting to hear from Keystone about repair.

Mobile tech looked at it today. Seems to be loose connection only. Easy fix thankfully.

Finally found someone. Camping World actually. They sent out mobile tech for $200. Quick easy fix.

Is Keystone going to reimburse you?
Seems like Camping World should just submit that.

We both have similar RVs. The open floor plan is nice I like the design on your bathroom. I hope you enjoy traveling and using it as much as we do. Happy camping!
