How have you determined that replacement isnecessary? If it's leaking it may just need a new blade seal. If it isn't opening/closing you may only need to replace the cable or rod pull.
To answer your question, you need to drop the Coloplast and find the valve first. Then there are 4 bolts holding the 2 halfs of the valve together. The difficult part is getting the valve separated as it could be movement restricted with the pipes up against objects. It's a very dirty job. Get a tarp for the ground, eye protection, a disposable set of overalls, and lots of soap for the shower when you're finished.
