Way to dangerous taking the Raptor to an RV show

We will spend May - July at our various Resorts in Central/Western Ohio, then head into NY for a couple months then ........ No RV shows around

I took the cabover to the midget races in Tulsa back in January. DW isn't interested in the cabover or freezing weather so I just took myself. We are leaving in a couple weeks for NASCAR race in Richmond VA. DW wants to do some genealogy there as well. Big trip planned for Michigan in July/August.

We pretty much hit a Texas SP at least once a month. A few other events you get in trouble talking about on this forum and a couple golf tournaments on the summer BBQ circuit. Year round here. Never winterize.

Would love to have the option to run my trailer year round, avoiding the pink stuff. 8 years ago, we lived in College Station for about 6 months. People were great, spring was wonderful. Then came July and August. Changed my thinking about South Texas. But you still have more "weather friendly" months than we do up here in Michigan. Predicted 2 inches of snow tomorrow after seeing the tulips sprouting last weekend. April will never make up its mind near the great lakes.

Well Genny and I have a permanent site at a campground not too far from us. We will be setting up on the weekend of the 15th in our new Avalanche, so we are excited to do our maiden voyage We have been spending quite a bit of time getting the RV ready to go, but I think we should be ready.

This will be our first trip so, no trading. We also have a week long trip to Denver planned the last week of May and a two week trip to South Dakota, Yellowstone, and Colorado the last two weeks in August. Everything else will be weekends.
Gotta keep working to pay for this expensive hobby!

We were in Arizona for 2 weeks in Feb - first local camping will be next week up at Joseph Stewart State Park, about 45 minutes from home, then 2 weeks in May in the Wallowas in Oregon.

College Station is fairly balmy in the summer compared to Laredo. LOL. I've seen 116F in Laredo and trees are far and few between. Throw in some humidity and it makes wonderful weather. Only slightly better here at home.
Yesterday it was 41F in Amarillo and 98F in Laredo.
We're headed to Michigan this July.

Sunnyside Campground on Foster Lake, in Oregon, Easter weekend. Trailer hasn't been out since the weekend of Oct 1, so I'm itching to go! I got a new TV so taking the maiden voyage, and want to stick pretty close to home to get used to the new rig.

After the NASCAR truck race in Ohio, we're headed to Hoffmaster State Park for 4-5 days and then up to Wilderness S.P for about the same time. Then over the top to Wisconsin and back south to home.

Just got back from 6 days in the Cascades - wind, a little sunshine, a little rain, hail, sleet and snow. Yay for enclosed heated waterproof boxes!
