Retreat 39FDEN
Purchased the Retreat 3 mos ago. Opened up the new sofa beds and discovered that back pillows used to complete the bed leave tremendous bumps and one can't sleep under these conditions. Dealer and then I approached Keystone and they refuse to do anything. Stated that's the suppliers design "as Made". Warranty request denied. Any suggestions or is this the standard reply? New or potential buyers should be aware. Pictures can be provided for those interested.
