Coupler Measurements 2019 212RBS Bullet

Hi,

I'm going to pick up a 2019 212rbs Bullet in the middle of the country and I want to make sure I have the correct rise or drop, but the trailer is in storage and not accessible to have someone go measure for me.

Does anyone know that the trailer coupler measurement is from the ground to the bottom of the coupler and to the top of the coupler?

I want to have both so I can order the proper rise or drop on an Anderson WDH system that I'll install when I get there. No one locally has one I can go measure.

Thanks,
EHJ
